Show Career

GB & IR. CH Avigdor Titus was the only male in a litter of three born in 2012. His sisters—GB & Multi CH Avigdor Zelda and Avigdor Zsa Zsa Gabor—each carved their own paths Titus & Zelda in the ring and Zsa Zsa outside the ring.

From his first CC at Belfast in 2014,under Dr Ruth Barbour, his 2nd at Border Union in 2016, under Sally Pointon and his crowning CC a the Tibetan Spaniel Association 2016 where he went BEST IN SHOW under specialist judge Jean Dick (Niord); this was a very special day for us as GB.IR.FR.SU & INT.CH Avigdor Evangeline (WW Paris) took the bitch CC and Res Best in Show.

Other major wins in the UK were BOB at WELKS 2017, judge Liz Stannard, BOS at Richmond 2017, judge Kari Jarvinen (Finland) & 2 Res BEST IN SHOWs at the Northern Tibetan Spaniel Club, in 2016 under specialist judge Maureen Osburn (Quailmoor) and again in 2017 under specialist Jane Lilley (Kensing).

Titus also won 10 Res CC’s.

In Ireland he gained his title with 4 Best of Breeds and 9 Green Stars (CAC’s).

 

Legacy through progeny;

Titus is the sire of two Champions; GB.CH Torfness Prince Harry at Galetibian, who was Top Tibetan Spaniel UK in 2018 & IR.CH Puddleworth One Step at a Time (1CC UK).

 

Personality & Temperament:

Titus is more than a show dog—he is a character. Fiercely independent, endlessly curious, and a master escapologist. If it could be climbed, dug under or got-through, he was the dog to prove it. Above all else, he is  a diplomat among dogs. He carried himself with quiet confidence, never needing to prove his worth—he just knew he was special.
